Board of Directors

Will Pape

Mr. Pape is Chairman of the Board.

He was co-founder of VeriFone and worked to develop the world's credit card transaction system. While working for Innovative Software Applications, he co-designed Spellguard, the first commercial spell checker for personal computers. Other positions include Assistant Professor of Decision Sciences at the University of Hawaii School of Business and a variety of program development roles for the United Nations.

Mr. Pape was also the co-founder of Hawaii Natural Meats Inc., a small niche meat marketing company. He currently operates a ranch in northern New Mexico.

Mark Armentrout

Mr. Armentrout is co-owner and President of Mill Park Feedlot Inc., a 5000 head capacity custom feeding business in Oakland, Iowa. He is past President of the Georgia Cattlemen's Association and past Chairman of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association's Industry Planning Group. He is also past Chairman of the NCBA International Markets Committee, which was responsible for all issues affecting international trade including market access, market development, and trade dispute resolution.

Jeff Tonkel

Mr. Tonkel is a General Partner of GIV Venture Partners. Mr. Tonkel is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of GIV Global Private Equity. Prior to GIV, he managed the operating and investment activities for Capital Investors, an investment company in Washington, D.C. whose members include several leading technology entrepreneurs and financiers. Mr. Tonkel's previous experience includes investing in information technology companies with Summit Partners, a private equity investment firm with $6 billion under management; information technology consulting with Accenture; founding Reverse Markets, Inc., a consulting firm assisting Fortune 500 companies in developing, implementing, and managing online marketing programs; and business development at Intraware, a leading provider of technology asset management solutions. Mr. Tonkel is on the Board of Directors of AginfoLink and WorldWide Smartnet. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, where he graduated with distinction.
